1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TRUTH mobile application ("Service"), operated by Brain Energy Inc ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TRUTH is an Instagram analytics tool that provides insights into publicly available follower and following data for public Instagram accounts. The Service does not access private accounts or require Instagram login credentials.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly or annually). Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription price.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Harass, stalk, or intimidate any individual
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts or systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided through the Service.

TRUTH is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Brain Energy Inc be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
